Overall, it can be seen that the wealthy poured the highest amount of money into fast food. In addition, hamurger received the largest expenditure from most income groups.
To begin with, the high-income group spent the most on hamburgers, with approximately 45 million pounds, which is the highest figure on the chart. The two other foods were significantly lower, at nearly 20 million pounds each.
The middle-income bracket was less generous than the previous group. They spent just over 30 million pounds on hamburgers, followed by 25 million on fish and chips. Moreover, pizza was the least favorite among average-income group, which was a third of the amount of money spent on hamburgers.
Finally, the expenditure on hamburgers and fish and chips were almost similar, which stood at roughly 15 million pounds. Additionaly, the poor spent the least on pizza, only 5 million.
