This report focuses on the numbers of employed persons by job type and sex for Australia in the year 2003.
Tradepersons and clerical job types have highest share of job preferences among males with almost 900 out of 1000. However, following job types with high numbers are professionals and managers for males in their profession lives with nearly 700 and 600 professionals, respectively. Production, semi-professionals and labourers have the lowest numbers of career preferences among males.
When we consider the numbers for same job type for women, clerical job type has by far the highest amount nearly 1000 out of 1000, among females. Professional and semi-professional job type has the next highest numbers for women with numbers of more than 700 and 300 respectively. Labourers, managers, production and tradepersons have the least share of women employment for Australia in the year 2003.
While clerical is the most preferred job type for each women and men, tradespersons job type has high numbers for males and conversely the least numbers for females. This concludes my report.
