With reguards to the change of property prices in Algeria and China, the former comprised about 6% at the beginning, after,it hit its low of around 3% in 2009. This proportion remained stable by 2010. Likewise, the latter formed 2% in 2007 after which riched it’s peak of approximately 6.5% at the end.
Turning to the average property prices in Argentine, it start at around 3% at the beginning. By 2008, this index noticeably grew to about 5%, before having dramatical decrease to approximately 1%. This proportion rose to around 2% at the end.
