According to the chart, women choose to work more as teachers, especially in educational institutions for small kids, like nursery, pre-school or primary school. While some men do take this job as well, women dominate it.
On the other hand, there are more male teachers in the high academic environments, like universities, and more men teach in private training institutions. But, if we take a look at the percentage of division of employees in colleges, then we can see that the percentage is equal for both men and women.
Overall, according to the chart, women tend to teach younger kids, while men work with grown-ups.
