Overall, it is evident that the proportion of men teachers in private schools and universities is considerably higher than the number of women. In contrast, women workers are in demand in schools for children of different age groups.
To begin with, the nursery and school preparation organizations hire almost 95% of women workers and only 5% of men. As for primary school, the proportion of male teachers is not high as percentage of women, at around 10% and 90%, respectively. Turning to secondary school, to number of female workers constitutes almost 55%, whereas the men proportion is approximately 45%.
In addition, college has the equal proportion of workers of both genders at 50%. The private schools prefer to hire men, as the number makes up around 57%, and the female workers accounts for only 43%. Finally, the male staff in universities mainly consists of men for three quarters and only of 25% of women workers.
