The bar chart gives information about the employees of both gender in various academic faculties of a university during the 2008 year.

Overall , female staff members in History faculty was the largest proportion , while the minor percentage belonged to Engineering. About the male staffs , Engineering was the popular among the boys and the tiny proportion was in the History.

To begin with the four different subjects in the particular university , the percentage of female staffs in History composed around the 66% , which was the highest among girl staffs. Moreover , about the boys , they were interested in working in the Engineering , which showed almost 100%. However , these two faculties , also were the lowest rates for the other gender , for males and females , they represented about the 25% and 10% , respectively. In addition , the rates of both genders in Art showed almost similar proportions between the 40% and 60%.

Regarding with the other three university subjects , among them the rates of girls showed almost identical figures , all of them between 35% and 45%. Moreover , the percentages of boys also illustrated almost similar, between 44% and 65%. The medicine staffs of males and females were 44% and 45% , respectively.
