Looking from an overall perspective, it is readily apparent that men employees rate was the dominance figures the whole graphs, even in both the period, whereas the figure for male people across all countries can be seen to decrease gradually. Moreover, the percentage of women aged 60-64 employing in all countries dropped notably the whole charts.
Lookin in more details, the percentages for males in Belgium and the USA were recorded at just below 80% and just above 85, respectively, in 1970; however, those rates experienced a dramatic drop to approximately 55% and by 2020. Looking in women’s details, the former countries (Belgium) accounted for 63% in 1970 before dropping noticeably to just below 10%, while the latter (the USA) was at its high point (77%), after that, this figure underwent a notable diminish to about 43% by 2020.
On the other hand, the percentage of men and women in Japan accounted for 80% and 56%, respectively, in 1970, before those proportions dropped gradually to 62% and 48%, respectively, in 2020. Likewise, Indonesian male and female individuals were recorded at 84% and 65%, respectively, at the start of the period, while these rates witnessed dramatic drops to 72% and 50%, respectively, at the end of the period.
