Last year, Perth was the highest water consumer among cities which it used in the average about 300 kilolitre per property. After that, next top consumers were Adelaide and Brisbane, where percentages almost same around 240 and 250 kilolitre per property respectively. The least water consumption city was Canberra, where usage of water was just under 150 kilolitre per property.
Using water was for agriculture purposes is the highest Australian water consumption distribution with 67%, In the second place with huge contrasting with agriculture was households, that used only 9% water. There were some supplies such as electricity and gas supply or water supply that used 7% for each.
