Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Scarborough in Toronto, Ontario. I am writing to complaint about some issue regarding the construction work that has been done recently in my house.

I noticed most of the work done is perfect. However, the painting on the ceiling looks unfinished. The bathroom door got scratch which appears to be inappropriate. Along with this, i noticed there is a gap between a few cabinets which seems unusual. If this is part of design, I would appreciate it if you could clarify its purpose, as I am unable to understand the reason why it is present only in certain cabinets.

I kindly request you to send your team and start working at the earliest to complete the remaining part. Please make sure that the remaining painting gets complete. All the scratches should be fixed, and want cabinets to be inspected and corrected.

I will be available at home from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday next week. Kindly cofirm when your team plans ro come.
