Overall, it is clear that across all nations, employment figures decreased by 2000, and in both years, male workers were more than female.
Men, aged between 60 and 64, had the highest workforce rates in the USA and Indonesia had higher than other two countries, merely above 80 percent. Followed by, almost 80 percent in Belgium and slightly lower in japan. After three decades, USA and Indonesia had decreased to a mere 5 percent, whereas Belgium and japan had dramatically dropped to just over half.
In the opposite sex, same aged, in the USA had significantly greater ratio a little less than 80 percent. Other countries had nearly 60 percent. Japan and Indonesia show a downward trend to under half. Belgium and USA had experienced the largest disparity, declined by approximately 40 percent.
