In general, it is apparent that salaries after three years are higher than at the beginning and underground drivers earn the highest salary, the opposite pattern is true with people working as nurses. In addition, albeit with the highest wages, drivers work shorter hours than teachers and firefighters.

Looking first at the salaries in various UK professions, underground drivers earn the highest money at 50,000 when starting and it rises to the North of 50,000 pounds after 3 years of working. Trailing closely behind by the salary of firefighters, they are paid 40,000 pounds , 10,000 pounds lower than the driver’s salary. Teachers and policemen earn 31,000 pounds and 22,000 pounds respectively, they witness a wage raise after 3 years of working. The final ranking is nurses paid merely 17,000 pounds, it hovers around 20,000 pounds 3 years later.

Turning to the average working hours per week for each job, teachers and firefighters spend most weekly time to work, at 55 hours. Policemen spend 40 hours per week, followed by the nurses working an average 38 hours. In contrast, underground drivers earn the highest salary but they put in the fewest hours per week, at 36 hours per week.
