The diagram shows a variety of professions and their earnings in the U.K and the accompanying chart compares the average weekly worktime for each job type. Overall, it is clear that, the earnings of all fields of work raised slightly from the start to a three-year period with fire fighters and underground drivers getting the highest salary as well as polices and nurses – the smallest. While the professions with the most working hours were teachers and fire fighters, but underground drivers and nurses worked the least.
Focusing on the well-paid jobs, underground drivers and fire fighters earned the maximum wage 50,000 and 40,000 pounds respectively at the beginning of the year. However, after the 3 years these numbers changed slightly for these jobs 51,000 pounds and 41,000 pounds in order. While other occupations such as polices, nurses and teachers started the year with small amount of money £22,000, £17,000 and £31,000, correspondingly.
Turning to the table, teachers and fire fighters worked substantial amount of time, with the same number of hours (55 hours) per week. Another job types showed short number of hours underground drivers (36 hours), nurses (38 hours) as well as polices worked 40 hour a week.
