The image contains two graphs about the number of participants in the Olympics. The first graph shows a comparison of male and female participants in the years 1924, 1952, 1984, and 2012. In 1924, there were approximately 5,000 males (blue bar) and no females (green bar) participating. 1952 saw an increase to 6,000 males and around 500 females. 1984 showed a small decrease in male participants to about 5,800 and an increase in female participants to around 1,500. In 2012, male participants decreased to around 5,500, while female participants increased significantly to around 5,300. The second graph depicts the total number of participants over the same years, showing an upward trend from 2,000 in 1924, 4,000 in 1952, 8,000 in 1984, to 11,000 in 2012. Both graphs use solid lines to define the axes and have the year labeled along the X-axis and the number of participants on the Y-axis.

The bar chart and the line graph delineate the numbers of participants of the modern summer olympic in four major times in history (1924,1952,1984, and 2012) since it commencement in 1924.
Overall, it is obvious that the number of athelets pariticipating in each olympic increase dramatically, with female athelets gainning more attention due to increase in number.
Looking at the line graph, we can see that the number of participants grew linearly throughout the years. In 1924, there were just approximately 3000 athelets, but in the 2012 olympics more than 10,000 individuals participated, which is almost a triple comapred to the first olympics.
Moving on to the bar chart, which gave a more in-depth analysis of the gender of the athelets in each olympis, it is obvious that the number of male athletes grew steadily over the years which begin with three thousands and culminated in around 6000 in 2012. On the other hand, there was almost no female athletes in the 1924 Olympics. Subsequently, the number of female athletes in the olympics grew exponentially and ended with 4500.
