The pie chart gives a breakdown of the workforce in Australia, based on their birthplace while the line graph depicts the unemployment rate in the country between 1993 and 2003.
Overall, the overwhelming majority of the labor force was Australian. Additionally, the total level of unemployment rate in the country experienced a decrease, with NESC in the dominant position for the whole period.
Regarding the nationality of the workforce in Australia, the proportion of native people was the highest, accounting for merely over three-fourths of the total. NESC and ESC followed this data as they made up 14% and 10% respectively.
Turning to the unemployment level, the percentage responsible for NESC was 8% in 1993. Although it felt down for more than a half after a 5-year period, the data increased slightly back and was still the highest for the whole period. It can be seen that the two remained groups, Australia and ESC, shared the same downward trends with NESC. These figures similarly started at around 4% in 1993 and ended at around 2% in 2003.
