Overall,it can be see that the most part of users are full-time undergraduate types,in contrast the smallest type of users was academic staff.While the users were most satisfied with helpfullness of staff .However the users were dissapointed with WiFi reliability .

Full-time undergraduate made up 44% of chart ,it made up the nearly half -part of chart.Moreover was the largest group.Full-time post graduate were accounted for 25% of users and taken the 2 place after undergraduate people.The part-time postgraduate students compose 16% ,

The students who learned distance represented only 8%.Academic staff compose only 7% of users and was the smallest group around users.

Regarding rating users satisfaction ,the users was very satisfied with helpfullness of staff it made up 95 very good feedback.Moreover 5 fairly satisfied students and zero dissapointed students in this section.Library opening hours had 65 very satisfied students.In contrast 35 fairly satisfied students.Satisfaction with the Availability books and journals ,WiFi was lower.Availability of books had a 10 not satisfied students and availability journals had a 20 bad feedback.
