The bar charts give information about the proportions of f men and women aged 60-64 in employment in four different countries in the year 1970 and 2000.
Overall,It can be seen the clear decline in percentages of men employment in all countries over the years. Japan had the highest percentage of men and women in employment in both the years. In contrast, Beigium had not able to provide work to older women in both years.
From the first graph, Japan had almost 84% men worked at the age 60 to 64 then, it decreased to 76% in 2000. Surprisingly, 79% men employed in Beigium in 1970 ,after 30 yeras, it was only 19% in job. Usa and Australia both had same amount of men in work around 74%.
In the second diagram, Usa and Australia the only countries where the employment rate for women was increased from 18% to 19% and 36% to 38% respectively. Beigium rate was negligible for women in both years around 8%. Japan was successfully provided work to women in 1970 and 2000 almost 43% and 40% respectively.
