Overall, in phase one, the percentage of price changes in three cities has downward trend, while in phase two, only the price of home in one country decreased. Also, London has the most upward change in the price of accomodations.
In 1990 to 1995 period, the percentage of house prices in London and Tokyo fell notabely to -7.5% and New York city has the same trend, reached to -5%. While, Madrid and Frankfort, had 2.5% changes from 1989 prices.
In the next time frame, from 1996 to 2002, London has the significant increase in house price to over 10%. Also, the percentage of changes in price in New York has 10% increase and reach to 5% in comparison to previous period. However, Tokyo is still negetive, at -5%. The house prices in Madrid has doubled to 4%. Also, Frankfort has a slight decrease to 2%.
