The bar chart illustrates the amount of fuel used in transportation in six different countries in Europe, compared to the EU average from 2009 to 2010
Overall, the amount of fuel in Italy, France and Greece tend to increased. Contrarily, fuel quantity in Slovakia, Spain and the EU Average were decreased gradually. Only Austria had the equal amount of fuel uses in both 2009 and 2010.
Begin with Slovakia, the country which had the highest porprotion of fuel, it reached at 8,9%. But in 2010, it dropped significantly to 6,5%. Spainish also reduced mildly their uses of fuel with 3,9% in 2009, which is followed by 3% in 2010. Similar to two countries above, EU Average was reduced quite obviously from 2009 to 2010, it was 6% to 5% respectively.
In terms of Italy, people tend to increased their demand of using fuel, begin with 4,5% in 2009, following with 5,1% in 2010. France had the same trend, the percentage of fuel that people used were increased mildly from 3,8% to 4,3%. Greece was increased strongly from 1,1% in 2009, which is up to 2% in 2010. Besides, not similar to most of them, Austria was the country which had the most stable in the porprotion of fuel. It was still stay at 5,1% in both two years.
