The bar chart gives data on the difficulties immigrants in different age groups face when moving to live in another country.
Overall, it is obvious that the percentage of people aged 35-40 encountering integration issues is the highest. In addition, education is less problematic for all ages than sorting out finances and sorting out healthcare, which means people can easily find schools or colleges while living overseas.
Taking sorting out finances first, the proportion of the people aged 35 to 54 having problems with tackling their finances was 35%, compared to about 34% and 29% of people in the age range 18-34 and over 55 respectively. Medical services is the similarly greatest challenge for individuals between 35 and 54 years old and from 55 upwards. This trend is understandable because of the age issue. By contrast, around 32% of the youngest group face difficulties in this area.
Regarding finding educational institutions, people in the oldest age group said that it was less challenging for them than other problems, with roughly 3%, whereas the respective figures for the 18-34 and 35-54 age groups were 6% and 18%.
