This chart indicates the portions of income generated by the different types of economic sectors in 2003 and by the fishing from 1992 to 2003.

While the most of the income was generated through the tourism conceding 26% portion of the chart and the least part by agriculture of 2% .

It can be seen that revenue generated by industry sector was 24% which is second highest and after that 21% of the contribution was through workers remittance, then almost the same amount if revenue was produced by fishing and petroleum (13% and 14% respectively) with the difference of 1%.

In 2003 different sectors produced the revenue accordingly as defined above.
