The chart illustrates the percentages of people choosing different ways to reduce greenhouse gases in four different countries over the period of 1975 and 2005.
The most noticeable data are regarding USA and China, which had the heightest lever of carbon emissions during the years. In addition, the level of these countries strongly increased, especially for China who’s amount of carbon emissions exponentially grown from a level of 300.000 thousand metric tones in 1975, reaching a level of nearly 1.600.000 thousand metric tones in 2005. That’s represents an impressive rise. By contrast, other countries, for instance Germany, United Kingdome, Canada and India, remained stable with a range of emission between 200.000 and 400.000 thousand metric tones, showing a slight rise for India in 2005.
To sum up, overall the trends of most of the countries remained quite similar during the years, with a constant increase for each of them mainly in 2005. Only USA and China had a level of emission extremely highter than the others.
