Overall, while the number of requests received by letter declined over the period, those received by in person and by calls increased sharply and with in person requests became the request channel with lots of people requested.
At the initial point of the period, making phone was the popular way of asking for information, with about 900 requests made this way at January. After a dramatic decrease to about 850 by February, the figure accounted a significant increase and end the period with its peak at 1600 requests.
At the opposite end of the scale was the in-person way of requesting, which was the less common request channel, with just half the number of phone calls in January. After showing an increase, by March the number has doubled and the figure for phone inquires overtook that for in by telephone requests and by the end of the period, it accounted a sharp rise and jumped around 1900 requests made, making it the request channel with the most requests given.
Correspondence become less common over the period. The figure accounted around 700 in January and March, before being decreased slightly and almost halved, closing at 400.
