The line chart compares the revenue of three different types of magazines including Music, Sports and Fashion in a particular region over a five-week period.
Overall, it is apparent that the sales of these categories increased by the end of the period. While Sports magazines generated the highest revenue, Fashion remained the lowest throughout the period.
In the first week, the revenue of Sports was the highest (75 million dollars), followed by Music (45 million dollars) and Fashion (35 million dollars). Following this, revenue from Sports increased significantly to 110 million dollars in the third week, then fell suddenly to 100 million dollars in the fourth week before eventually rising to 120 million dollars.
The revenue of Fashion magazines witnessed fewer dramatic fluctuations than that of Sports, bottoming at/reaching its lowest point at 20 million dollars in the third week but then rapidly peaking at 60 million dollars. By contrast, a gradual rise was experienced in the figure for the revenue of Music magazines, from 45 million dollars to 80 million dollars.
