Moving on year 2000 , there is a change in continuity which can be observed , Italy was spending uniformaly across the years buy between 2000 – 2005 we can see that there is a break in pattern . By contrast, we can see a drop in its figure. Meanwhile Japan and france remained relatively unchanged, showing only slight variations.
