The graph illustrates the assistment of developed countries to developing countries between 2008 and 2010. Overall, USA dominated other developed countries through the period, opposing to the lowest in the aid of Sweden, the only developed country decreased after 2 years.
In 2008, USA reached the peak of the chart when they spent about 21 billion dollars for developing countries, dominating others by their strength. In the former year, USA, Germany and Japan experienced a downward trend and dropped at 18 and 10 and 8 billion dollars respectively while others increased.
In 2010, following to the decrease before, USA witnessed a significant increase , peaking at 25 billion dollars. Also, both Netherlands and Sweden dropped slightly at 8 and 5 billion dollars from 2009 to 2010 respectively. Additionally, Japan shared a same aid when they just dropped in 2009 and returned to their original aid with 11 billion dollars to developing countries in 2008 and 2010.
