However, in 2008 the foreign aid from the USA made an increase but later decreased in 2009 the following year but later made a significant rise in 2010, on the other hand, the UK foreign aid to the developing countries decreasesd but increased graduallly in 2009 and 2010.

Netherlands remained the lowest in 2008, while sweden remained the most decreased aid distributor to the developing countries in 2010, whereas germany had its significant rise in the year 2010 and followed by japan in the same year after japan had a drop at 5.8% in 2009
