Additionally, the annual pay for other workers in European countries, except Switzerland, is almost the same, but doctors get differently paid.
The doctors and other workers in the USA get much higher salaries than in European countries. The annual salary for doctors in the USA is 120 thousand dollars which is about twice higher than in Italy. Other workers in the USA make just over 40 thousand dollars per year which is still a higher performance compared to others but slightly close to income in Switzerland.
The European countries’ doctors are paid much smaller than in the USA. For instance, doctors in France and Switzerland get around 70 thousand dollars per year, while the same employees and other workers in Germany, Czech, and Italy get around 60 and 20 thousand dollars per year, respectively.
