The average hours per day married men and women in one country spent on paid work or unpaid work in 2019 has been shown by the bar graph.
Overall, it can be evidently observed from the chart that the highest number of employed wives belong to the age group of 45-64 in 2019 comparatively, the least number of unpaid worker who worked at home were the husbands from the same age group.
In 2019,husbands were aged between 24-44 worked more than 5 hours of paid works per day but women’s working hours were significantly lower than 5 hours. Husbands in the same age group spent less than 5 hours each day doing unpaid work, however the volunteer working hour among wives were greater (exactly 5 hours)
It is also noticeable that, wives in both age groups presented 24-44 and 45-64 spent more time on unpaid work at home amd total work time is also higher than for husbands of the same age groups while the time spent on paid work by wives is less.
