The pie charts illustrate the percentage in different foods of three types of nutrients all of them may be unhealthy if consumed too much.
Overall, it is clear that breakfast consumed much more in each type of nutrients. It decreased in each types of sodium, saturated fat and added sugar 43%, 37% to 23%respectively. In sodium type for breakfast unhealthy food was eaten 43%, for lunch junk food was eaten 29%. In terms of dinner and snacks both of them eaten for 14%. In saturated fat breakfast was decreased to 37%, in terms of snacks it increased to 21%. Dinner was jumped up to 16% and lunch decreased to 26%.
On the other hand in added sugar type in the first step was snacks of 42%. Snacks did not increased or decreased it stable in 16%. Lunch was decreased to 19%. In terms of breakfast it was decreased to 23%.
In conclusion, in each types of nutrients all of the unhealthy food increased and decreased.
