The graph showed that in 2001, there was an increase in the Australian labour force, which accounted for over 45 thousand workers, and then there was a significant increase in staff from 1997 to 2000, which recorded over 30 thousand, approximately 35 thousand, just above 35 thousand, and nearly 40 thousand workers respectively.
Subsequently, these were in contrast with the permanent settlers in the Australian labour force in 1992. It showed an increase of about 40 thousand workers, then dropped to 15 thousand staff in 1993. It recorded a stable increase over 5 years. I.e between 1994 and 1997, then rose again in 1998 when it accounted for over 25 thousand workers in the Australian workforce
