The bar chart compares 5 countries in terms of the number of movies released between 2007 and 2009.
Overall, while countries A and D witnessed a downward trend in their movie production, the opposite was true for the remaining countries. It is also notable that country A maintained its position as the top producer throughout the tracking period.
In 2007, there were 90 films released by country A, making it by far the largest producer. This was closely followed by countries B and D, with the figures being nearly 50 and 18 movies, respectively. Coming in fourth and fifth place were countries C and E, both producing just under 10 movies.
Thereafter, despite experiencing a marginal decline to approximately 80 movies in 2009, country A still ranked first. Conversely, country B saw a surge in the movie’s production, surpassing the initial figures by around 20 units. Parallel patterns could be seen in countries C and E, albeit less pronounced, concluding the surveyed period at 20 and 10 movies, respectively. Additionally, country D recorded a sharp decrease in its film production in 2008, after which it recovered to around 15 films in the following year.
