Unfortunately, China reach their lowest number of foreigners that applied in chinese university to only around 16000 demands in 2008.Lastly, Russia experienced a small fluctuation during the 5 years which start from only around 3000 people at first and ended by 5000 demand of foreigners to study in Russia.
