The bar chart compares the figures for people working in Coachers, Referees, Managers, and other sectors in an Australian town in 2015. Overall, in 4 sports sectors, the number of volunteers was higher than the number of paid workers. It can be also clear that volunteers preferred working as coachers to working as other categories, while the figure for paid workers was unchanged significantly.
The number of charity workers who favored coaching was the most significant, at around 75 people, and that in other sectors was nearly 60 people. Meanwhile, the figure for volunteer managers was closely half of that in coaching, at around 45 people. Only 30 people wanted to become referees.
The number of paid workers who interested in coaching and other sectors was the same, at 45 people. The figure for referees and managers was similar, at around 40 people.
