Overall, the sales are approximately the same in each country. Even though, in 2002, America and, in 2006, Asia had the highest sales of drugs.
In 2002, America shows 41 percent of sales compared to Europe and Asia. Europe shows 34 percent of sales, and Asia shows the lowest sale of 25 percent. America showed a decrement over two years, from 41 to 35 and 27 percent. But, in 2005, it started to increase to 29 and ended at 30 in 2006. Europe had the same fluctuation as the U.S.; it began at 34 and, in 2005, increased by one percent. It reached a peak of 38 percent the next year. Then it started decreasing by four percent each year.
Asia was steadily increasing by three to four percent each year. In 2002 it started at 25, then in the next two years it increased by 10 percent, then by 5 percent each year. In 2005 and 2006, it held 37 and 40 percent, respectively.
