According to the static data given in a form of bar chart illustrates the proportion of female workers in Greece from 1990 to 2025 in three categories of job setting.
Overall, the women induldged in all three sectors like call center, banking and finance and customer service were very less, but the percentage of female workers dramatically skyrocketed in 2015.
Women working in customer service increased to be about 51% in 2015, where as number of female employee were approximately 46% with banking and finance sector having nearly 35% in same year. The female worker working in banking industry was as twice as less than five years ago in 2010 making it about 15% where as in call center it was still around 33% whereas in field of customer care it was 28%. In 2005, both customer service and call center had more than 20% of female employees whille banking sector had around 15%.
Furthermore, in 2000 every sectors holded nearly equivalent proportion ranging from 10% to 13% whereas 1990 and 1995 showed similar trend with female staff at call center being less than 5% and more than 10% in customer care, moreover, finance industry had a slight increment of about 3% in 1995 making it 10%.
