The bar chart displays the information of 100 years data of households that is owned and rented arrangement in London in the middle of 1918 and 2011.
In the overall, the owned houses increasing continuously from 1918 to 2011, while the rented houses are decreasing from 1918 to 2011.
The owned houses ratio is 22% in 1918 and rented houses population is almost 78% in 1918, which is the highest increase in 100 years. But, between the 1939 to 1961 both house percentage is slowly increasing and decreasing, and the owned house becomes 40% where rented becomes almost 60%. And in 1971 we see a fabulous tie between owned and rented households, that the percentage becomes equal.
In 1991, we saw the owned houses make a significantly climb and its percentage becomes equal between 80%, as compared to rented houses which gradually fell and become 30%. And in 2001 it becomes the highest owned accommodation and its percentage is almost equal to 70%, while owned house slightly down in 2011 and becomes 64% and rented houses become 36%.
