In England and Wales the number of a households in owned accommodation at the beginning years was rose normally then stayed stable kept his percentage after this grew up significantly in half of century then had gone down at the end of these years. The households in rented accommodation had the high percentage in the beginning than owned accommodation. Rented accommodation has been steadily declining for more than half a century, after this risen.

Households owning accommodation was risen from 22,5 to 32 percentages between 1918 and 1939. After this increase it was gone up steadily in 48 years from 32 percentage to 69 percentage. But at the end of between 2001 and 2011 he was decreased from 69 percentage to 64 in 10 years.

The household in rented version is vice versa was decreased by 9 percent between 1918 to 1939. Then it stopped in one place from 1939 to 1953 in 14 years. But despite this it kept going down. Starting from 1953 households renting accommodation had lost 38 percentage in 48 years. After this change it rose dramatically from 2001 to 2011.
