The home ownship attained the lowest number in 1918. But in two decades forward, it increased around 30%. 1939 to 1953 clearly showed same attainment until 1961 an increment happened. Furthermore, the number of properties occupied by owner were become more popular from 1961 to 2001. It hit the highest amount up to 69% in 2001. However it showed a slight decreament from 2001 to 2011.

A quiet different pattern are shown by the bar graph for rented housing. In 1918, rented accomodation became the most popular and reached its highest attainment.
