The chart illustrates the proportion of learners from different countries (China, Romania, Thailand, India, Russia and Vietnam) are proficient in the other country’s language.

Overall, the large number of students of the Indian both man and women are able to speak foreign language, while China and Thailand have small students who are good in foreign language.

Firstly, India has huge number of people who are good in the out country’s language both man and women (about 55% and 78%respectively). Romania has 65 percent of women and about 42 percent of man are second largest people who have great in language.

Secondly, China and Thailand have small percentage of the young people who are proficiency in the foreign language, In China less than 20%of man and 30%of women, meanwhile Thailand has 25 and 32 percent of the students. Furthermore, Vietnam has abetter intelligent students in language and Russia also have third small number of students who are lower in speaking other language compared to India.
