The chart graph illustrates the percentage of population in urban areas in the world and six different countries, over the 76-years period from 1975 to 2050.

Overall, the proportion of population in all of these areas increased.In addition, North America held a dominant position over a period, while Oceania fluctuated throughout the period.

With regard to the population in Europe,Latin and North America, these figures increased, starting at 65%,60% and approxcimately 63% in 1975. After words, these countries reached 75%,81% and 82% in 2020. Finaly, these figures increased, accounting 83% and almost 88% of population in Latin America, 89% in North America.

As for the other countries, the perctentage of people who live in urban in the world, Africa, Asia started at 38%,25% 26%. Following next 75 years, these countries increased, reaching 57%, 43% and 51% in 2020 and 69%, 59% and 67% in the final year.Meanwhile, Oceania decreased before increase, starting at 70% in 1975, after that, hited 68% and in the final year accounted 71% of population.
