The diagram illustrates the several stages to reproducing waste paper. Overall, there are six processes when waste items are recycled, starting with collecting the waste from public facilities or businesses, and ending with using machine manufacture of usable paper.
To begin with, the first stage involves the workers to collect the waste from public areas and offices. After that, the waste materials will go to the next step, in which workers start sorting the materials by hand with aim to remove unsuitable paper. Then, the grad paper will travel to the paper mill by transportation. Next, the graded paper go to the cleaning process. This process is conducted to cleaning, pulping and removal of other materials, such as staples.
In the next stages, the clean materials will go through a de-inking process in order to remove any inks and glues. Finally, the papers will be transformed by machine manufacture to create new papers which can be used again for many purposes.
