Generally, the chart shows that women demonstrated a higher percentage of participation in regular physical activity for all age group with the notable exception for the 15-24 age bracket, where men outnumbered women counterparts and reached its highest percentage.
Regarding men participation, the 15-24 age group was the only bracket with more men than women with a roughly percentage that surpassed 50%. Meanwhile, the men citizen in the 35 to 44 age group demonstrated the lowest number that under 40% across the age bracket.
Looking specifically at women exercised percentage, a higher proportion of females performed more regular physical activity than men across five of the six age group. Additionally, women around adult to middle age group (aged 35 – 64) depicted the top three highest percentage that all surpassed 50% with women aged between 45 and 54 peaked at the highest point. Notably, both men and women shared a relatively equal regular physical activity percentage at the 65 and over age bracket at an approximate percentage of 45.
