Overall, all the situations show the highest proportion of responses on detrimental effects, except communication between people. However, predicted shifts in food quality and interpersonal communication had approximately balanced output for being good or bad. In addition, there was a significant gap between the opinions when considering the alterations in the air quality in urban areas.
The greatest proportion of people at 70%, expected the air quality in cities would get worse. Hence, it could obtain a notable difference between the anticipations. The proportion on improving water quality was at 40% which was the second highest among positive responses, whereas 60% assumed bad impact in future which was also the second highest among negative outputs.
European youngsters’ perspective towards the changes in social interactions and quality of food were around 50%. Moreover, the understandings related to the water quality and health variations were similar. Thus, both circumstnces were predicted to be improved by roughly 40%.
