Romance, action and comedy appealed more to the 20-29 age group. Notably, comedy showed the largest sales difference: approximately 150,000 tickets sold to those in their twenties,which was around five times the figure for 10-19-year-olds (around 30,000). Similarly, romance also saw a significant disparity, with about 115,000 tickets sold to the older group compared to roughly 15,000 for the younger one. In contrast, action movies were the most evenly distributed, with sales of approximately 85,000 for the 20-29 group and 80,000 for the 10-19 group.
Animation and science fiction movie sessions were purchased more by those aged 10 to 19.
Although the highest sales in this cohort were recorded for animation at approximately 130,000 ticket, this type of movie experienced the lowest seat sold to the 20-to-29-year-olds at around 50,000. Lastly, science fiction movies attracted similar interest from both groups, with sales of roughly 125,000 and 120,000 tickets for the younger and older audiences, respectively.
