Generally speaking, the usage of local-fixed line remained to have the largest numbers of minutes during the 7 years, though its amount had went upside and down slightly. The other two usage, though increasing stably, were still behind the usage local-fixed line.

The minutes of national and international – fixed line telephone calls kept growing slightly but contiounously in these years , from about 48 billions at the start to 58 in the end. People had seen a sharp and dramatic increase about the usage of Mobiles in these years, since their total number of minutes was just about 3 billions in 1995, but got to over 40 billions in 2002.
