Overall, it is evident that most people prefer taking part-time training in evenings, which accounts for 39%.
Meanwhile, nearly half of them choose to take part in the training because of their holiday travel, followed by bussiness travel and personal interest at 17% and 14%. Only 10% of these employees choose the reason as communication with clients. There’s also 13% of them that vote for other reasons.
Self-tuition and part-time training on weekends make up for 22% of the proportion of communication training types respectively. On the contrary, distant learning is the least popular training for these employees, accounting for mere 5%.
In conclusion, while intensive training is the most popular training among these employees, holiday travel is the biggest reason for them to participate in this training.
