In the first four periods, street robbery rates fluctuated from 0.10 million to 0.15 between 1970 and 1985, before its rate increased sharply in the next period until it hit its peak at 0.40 million.
In terms of house burgling incidents, 0.20 million incidents occurred in 1970, after which its rate increased relatively to its peak at 0.90 in 1980. In addition, the number of incidents of house burgling decreased to 0.60 in the next period, before increasing slightly back to 0.70 and stabilized there from 1990 to 1995. In 2000, the figure for house burgling continued to decline to 0.50 at the end of the period.
Regarding car theft, the amount of incidents of car theft started at 0.40 million, after which it significantly increased to 1.60 in 1995, before decreasing gradually to 1.20 at the end of the period.
