The bar chart demonstrates how much waste collected from a recycling centre, sorted into four types/categories between 2011 and 2015.
In general, all categories followed an upward trend. Moreover, paper ranked first while garden waste was at the bottom by the end of the period.
Starting at 57 tons in 2011, the number of waste for papers gradually dropped to 50 tons before decreasing to 40 tons in 2013. By 2015, the figures of papers had increased to 70 tons, which was the highest category. Glass witnessed a significant accelerate, from 48 tons in the first research year to 41 tons in 2012. This number was growing moderately, followed by a year of stability, before reaching to 52 tons in the final year.
Regarding tins, around 35 tons were collected in 2011. This figures for this category then declined slowly from 2012 to 2014, at 27 tons and 33 tons respectively. In the last year, the value of tins rose remarkably to 39 tons, which was 4 tons higher than garden.
