The chart depicts the length of water with three kind of qualities in England through a 10-year period measured by 1000 kms.
the highest chart belongs to the good water allover the period but the first year. it started in 12000 kms in 1993, increasing to a rise of 20.000kms after 2 years, following by an slight fall by 1000 kms in the next year. then a rather significant rise is shown, peaking at 24 in 2001 and remain steady for one year before a gradual fall to 21 at the end of the period given.
The fair water is 500 kms longer than good water firstly. Then it shows fluctuations between 10 to 13 and 8 to 9 during the first and half period, respectively.
The poor water figure ranks last whole period. it has reported a strong decline in the first three years, reaching 2000 kms for two years from 9.5 in 1993, followed by a gradual increase in 1997 before fall to 2000kms in 2001 and 2002.then it reaches to 4000kms at last.
Overall, while the chart for good water is by far the highest chart for the majority of the period, reported increase overall, that for the poor is the lowest which shows decrease similar to the fair water chart.
