The following graph depicts how much Moroccan adolescents consumed fast food of different four types between 2000 and 2015.
All in all, the data reveals that while teenagers’ consumption of Fried Chicken and Taco grew during 15 years, the amount of eating Hamburger and Pizza fell substantially over this same period.
The number of times to take Taco rose gradually from approximately 6.5 times per a year in 2000 to about 9.5 in 2012, which was the highest score in the given period. Although its level declined slightly for the next 3 years, Taco is the most commonly eaten convenience food among the four in 2015. Meanwhile, taking Fried chicken fluctuated for 2003 to 2006, however it rose moderately from 6 in 2006 to a little over 8 in 2015.
In contrast, Hamburger intake, which was the most popular junk food in 2000, consistently dropped and recorded less than half from slightly more than 7 in 2000 to a little under 3 finally. Furthermore, the trend of young people eating Pizza decreased steadly to 3.5 in 2015, from just over 5 in the starting of the provided duration.
